Tropical punch

A Tropical wedding in the winters of Niagara on the Lake. It seems impossible. But if this is what the bride wants for her big day - then the right wedding industry people can make it happen! An elegant and bright tropical wedding will definitely have your guests leaving in awe.

Can’t do a destination wedding but want it to feel like one? Start with the venue. If you’re thinking about a fall or winter wedding, look for a location that features large windows that let in the natural light.

Next, think of floral arrangements. Bright colours, such as pink, green and orange, add a juicy bit of happiness. Check with your local florist or your floral designer to see if they may have any exotic or tropical flowers that can be added to the mix. Try orchids, anthurium, ginger, protea or monsteras. Add a sprig of orchid to the bridal bouquet and in the groom’s boutonniere instead of a pocket square.

Cocktails mixed with tropical fruits with edible flowers as garnishes or served in floral-etched or beaded glassware add a breezy feeling. Palm fronds and oversized banana leaves can also serve as reception decor elements for your canapé and dessert table. Have a little fun with a Champagne tower; to keep it on theme, make it pink Champagne!

Keeping the tableware simple, but in a punchy pink and green colourway won’t take away from the flowers but will add to the “heat.” Simple yet sculptural pink plates and green sage napkins maintain a harmony with the tropical floral arrangements.

When you think of reception decor, remember it can far exceed the immediate thoughts of tablecloths and flowers. Incorporate the above examples throughout your event in the drinks, glassware, desserts, menu cards, and signage for a cohesive style that wows.

As a good option for wedding favors for wedding favors we recommend creating personalized baskets with tropical fruits. Such a nutritious and relevant gift in the winter will lead many conversations about your wedding.
A white wedding gown with flounces; the real trend this year. A romantic, lively, and sophisticated detail will always give the bride's style a special look. There are a variety of ruffles, big and small, matching the dress or contrasting it, light or dense... but in any case they look amazing in any style; from a short sheath wedding dress to a princess floor-length wedding gown. No need to lose hope if you can't find the dress of your dreams, you can always contact a designer to create a unique gown right for you.
After the ceremony and your first dance you can create a champagne tower. This portion will provide great entertainment for your guests as well as make for fantastic photo and video ops.
